Meet Andrea Diviat
I love selling real estate in Austin’s older neighborhoods
because they are full of interesting and unique homes, and you
can’t beat them for beauty and convenience. Simply put, Austin is a
great place to raise your kids and a wonderful place to
retire.
Andrea Diviat has been an Austin Realtor for more than 20 years and
a Broker for more than 10, so she knows the ins and outs of real
estate. However, Andrea's background in banking and financial
negotiating means that she brings more than just an in depth
knowledge of real estate to her work as a Realtor. After receiving
her MBA from the University of Texas (She focused on finance and
accounting.), Andrea worked as a Vice President for a Northern Bank
loaning money to upper income clients. Later, she grew the Austin
Gastrointestinology Group from an 20 to a 42-doctor practice in
just two years, and she has provided property management and
accounting services to Sckeweller Development, an Austin-based land
development and property management firm.
Andrea’s clients benefit from her negotiating skills and banking
know how, whether she is negotiating the terms of their real estate
contract or helping them arrange financing. On top of that,
Andrea’s down-to-earth, friendly personality makes the home buying
and selling less intimidating, especially for those who do not feel
comfortable dealing with financial matters; and her accessible
style means that Andrea truly listens to her clients’ concerns and
responds to their needs and wants.
In her free time, Andrea enjoys having fun with her teenage son and
hanging out at her Joshua home, which she remodeled extensively and
landscaped herself. She also enjoys creating blown glass pieces, a
skill she acquired when she took a break from the high-powered
world of business finance and negotiating to manage the art studio
of a successful Austinite Artist.
